"Why" is my favorite in general.
You can usually tell you've asked a good question when there is no quick answer I think. It's good to get quick facts in response to quick questions but I'd say it's even better when the answerer must think about the answer for sometime or perhaps can't even give on but rather can only find a more specific question.
That's why I am so fond of philosophy and physics.

A question is a "a sentence worded or expressed so as to obtain information". That's it. Good or Bad is just a state of one's mind at that point in time. The same question can be good at 10 am but bad at 10.10 am.
