You didn't say whether your sister has a disability or something that requires someone else to be changing her diaper. If she has nothing wrong with her in that capacity then she should be changing her own diaper, she's old enough to know how.
Why are you the only one around to take care of your sister? I think it is great that you are willing to take care of her if she really needs it but it really isn't a good idea for a boy your age to be changing the diaper of a girl her age, even if you are brother and sister.
I would guess a lot of that depends on what your family lifestyle is like and how your family deals with seeing each other's naked bodies. Maybe for your family it's no big deal but I know that moral standards in general would probably frown upon what you are doing.
There are medications that would help her and help to keep her from wetting the bed at night but I'm not a big fan of medicating any more than is absolutely necessary.

At 12 most people are able to dress themselves and take care of themselves. Unless she has a disability(mental or physical) that prevents her from taking care of herself, she should prepare her own diaper and wear it. It's very simple. Some are already in the form of panties.
Now if she does have a problem and she requires help to dress and clean herself, I would suggest that Mom do it. Diapering is rather personal and I'm sure your sister would feel uncomfortable too. You're quite a young man to worry about your sister.

Is she disabled in some way? #1 she needs to be woken up twice a night and taken to the bath room.(if physically possible). Her body need to get used to getting up when she gets the urge. It worked for me when I was young and also with my daughter. Bed wetting runs in the family, we have small bladders, sleep very hard. If she is disabled, you will need to change her just like a baby. undo the straps, bring the front down, roll her to her side and remove the diaper. clean her up and do the reverse to put on the diaper. Remember to do this with care, she is a human being. You obviously love your sister enough to help her with this, it is a very mature thing you are doing. Good luck. P.S. Where are your parents? Why isn't your mother or female caregiver doing this for her? I sure hope you two are okay. Take care.

You should not be diapering your sister...your mom should be doing it..not you. ...Tell mom you won't get involved with that. It is really not your responsibility and they would have to find someone else if you were not there to do it...and I have a funny feeling they will not tell anyone you refused. because they know it is wrong to ask you...It puts you in a dangerous postition, no matter how 'good' you are. (false accusations, etc.) Dont do it
