I'll let you do the math.

But the general rule to convert units is to make a ratio of the units, such as 60 min/1 hr. and multiply it out letting the units cancel each other out in the numerator and denominators.

For Example (it's hard to show on a computer)
1 hr * 60 min/ 1 hr * 60 sec / 1 min = 3600 sec

Set up ratios for liters and gallons, seconds and minutes and multiply it out.
