You could sketch the lot, the parking area, and the available space for the building. Show the street entrance.
You will need space enough to accomodate delivery trucks, storage room, and waste facilities.
Indicate measurements for those areas, width and length.

Your measurements are not clear.
Does 30M indicate "30 Square Metres" or, 30M X 30M? Or, 30M X 120M?
