I'm in awe of it, but I'm afraid of it, too. I won't wade deeper than my ankles. I love it from the safety of the beach.

I used to live in Oregon and Washington. Close to the Ocean. I love it! I've been to Santa Monica and it's even nicer there! Now I live in Iowa and I miss it a lot! It becomes a part of you.

I live near the Ocean & I really couldn't imagine moving away from it.
I am in Awe of its power, 2.
Seeing boats dashed against the Rocks, can convince U that the Sea should B respected.

You show a deep respect for the ocean and that's good. I'm like you but probably spend more time in it than you do. Somehow I'm a peace when I walk along the beach. (Long Beach Island, NJ)

I love the ocean. I also have a great deal of respect for it's power.The ocean is almost healing to me. It is a place where I can find peace in the midst of an insane world.

You are not alone. i dont even go down to the river that i have flowing just beyond my back yard knowing perfectly well that sharks cant bear fresh water.
& my hydrophobia (well, shark-o-phobia) was multiplied when my -sweet-little-big-brother made me watch 3 movies (jaws 123) all in one go... i just like to get my hang over his neck and -give-him-a-nice-big-hug!!!
