Sure I don't see why not. Even after divorce we often need to show proof that we were married for legal reason.

He can stick to 6 weeks and at some point from the Decree Nisi. If he does not you may stick to 3 months after that date ie 4 and a nil.5 months after Decree Nisi. that is not automatic. you may desire to deliver the type into the court with the cost of £40

Yes- even after the divorce is final, or if you are married again, you can still get a copy of the original certificate. Costs about £21 I think.

Over here in NZ you can, so over there yes, you should be able to. I have copies of my marriage cert, and divorce cert.

contact the local county clerks office where the marriage took place the document should still be on file there. It should be obtainable for a nomial fee. But yes it should be available....
