No it doesn't cause cancer but for the problem with your right testicle, you should go to a doctor as there's such a thing as testicular cancer. So please make an appointment.

Masturbation will NOT give you cancer. However, if you have something abnormal on your body, get it check out straight away, the sooner the better. Better to lose a nut than your life.
