Sexual satisfaction comes from a multitude of factors and not just about the physical state of the sexual organ. Most men fall prey to the believe that penile size is everything. Well I've got good news and bad news for you guys out there.
The good news is that on average , the difference in length between the smallest natural erected penis to the largest one is just a mere 1.5 to 2 inches! So you are not much smaller than the next guy nor is he that much bigger, so chill okay?!
Now the bad news is that women are by far much less penile-centric than men ie... they care less about your organ than you think they do! Much of their sexual satisfaction is derived from other factors than just penile size..... eg.
1) Emotional attachment to partner
2) FOREPLAY
3) Being relaxed , not stressed
The most common mistake men make about satisfying women is that they think that woman , like themselves, get turned on by what they see ie like the way men get turned on by a sexy woman. Of course it helps to look good but women get turned on mainly by the way men MAKE THEM FEEL.
So, honestly, tell her how much she means to you, whisper sweet nothings to her, tell her how much you care, touch , caress and kiss her at the right areas.... That , my friend, would earn you more mileage than having a long penis but only one end is sensitive!
But at the end of the day, if having a bigger and longer penis gives you that much more confidence and self esteem, certain medical procedures that enables one to have a longer and thicker penis are available. Speak to your aesthetic doctor regarding the procedures...

Yes, agree with others, she loves you totally; and yes, it's not about size, it's about performance.
You talk about length, but you do not provide information about girth (how thick it is). Women often say they have more satisfying experience with shorter, but thicker guys.
The size, depth and shape of the woman's vagina, her height and general build also factor into what type of penis she prefers.
Do not worry. Sounds like you and your wife are a perfect match in all respects.

I always tell people that size does not matter, because you need to have "love" then follow by "sex". In your case, you already score the highest points because you do it with the correct partner which is your wife so size to her is not important, your sincerity and faithfulness counts.
