if you look in the copyright section at the front, he says that a guy called Richie 'Records' Tozier wrote one of the songs in it, but Richie 'Records' Tozier is a character from his book 'It'. Is it just an injoke or does a man called Richie Tozier really exist?

I'm thinking it's an in joke. I just did a search and the only Richie Tozier I could find was the "It" character. SK does that stuff all the time.

I don't think he's a real person. Wasn't the character in it a radio DJ, or something? King could have had a little fun with it and invented a song one of his characters has written, who knows?

That sounds like an in joke to me. He also likes to make cameo appearances in his movies. You just have to find him.
