baby and told my brother he wont see the baby nomore. she just want child support and she hit my brother and her mom does drugs and i dont think that healthy for the baby to be around. well my question is that can he take the baby away from her? Because she not working and he is. she a money hunger *****. anyone please help

He needs to take her to court, prove that he has a more stable environment, prove that he is able to provide for the baby because he is working and she isn't.
The courts these days, makes it very hard to take a child from its mother even if she is doing drugs. You would be amazed on the court's decisions.
Your brother needs to hire an attorney to help him with all this, and do it early (like now) before the child gets older. In any event, unless he is court ordered to pay child support, she has no right to order what she wants. If she gets child support, he has the right to see his baby!

Your brother is in the same situation as lots of fathers. If the girlfriend wants child support, she will have to give him access to the baby.
As to attempting to get custody of the baby, that is often difficult as the other answerers have told you. If your brother is really serious about trying to get the child it will have to go to court and he will have to prove that the environment is unhealthy.
Does the girlfriend live with her mother? Is the baby being neglected in any way? Could your brother provide the correct environment for the child?
If he takes it to court and the baby is taken away from it's mother - unless your brother can provide a safe environment with 24 hour care for the child, then he will not get custody.

1- Just because he works does NOT mean he will get the baby
2- She cannot get child support if she does not let him see the baby
Make SURE his name is on the birth certificate or that paternity is established, he need to fight this in court. All he needs to do is show that he will give the baby a HEALTHIER environment to live in, if there is ANY proof that she or her family does drugs, been in trouble etc., that needs to be brought up in court. She can pay him child support if he gets the baby. She may lie about him, so he needs to get all the PROOF he can get to prove he is a decent guy, and she is not.

he needs to find a lawyer that deals with family matters and take her to court to get custody of the child. if she is a bad as you say he could win the custody fight. tell him not to give up but don't play her games, get a lawyer and do what they say. good luck

yes he can just go to court n tell them its better if ur brother had the baby caouse ur brothers girl ,mom taked drugs
