The strange thing is that the most of european legends were born in this period, and there is no archaeological evidence of the foreign tribes which appeared in Europe after 700 and disappeared before the year 1000.
If this it's true we should be in 1706.

Yes I heard about it on a German radio programme. Someone must have written a book about it. I do think it's one of these madcap theories like that aliens landed on Earth in the past and invented humans.
