depends on the circumstances and what kind of trust is being called for.
example 1. After service, he asks you to have coffee with you in the shop next to the church. It is a sunny morning 11 am
I can trust him on this and have coffee with him.
example 2. He says I really like you. I am leaving for the appalachian trail on my bike tonight at 10. Come join me.
I still trust him, but will politely decline the offer!

My first role is don't trust anyone , but thought my inner sense is telling me to trust people some peoples i see for the first time , and other people i know for so long i don't trust and the only reason i know them cause i have no choice ...
And you should know these days that not all the people go to church you can trust

You cant Evil comes to church too. You would have to wait to see if he comes back and to listen to how others view him in your classes by what he says and if his intent is good. So the stranger will not be so strange. We like to trust in church but we need to be vigilant on guard and careful for nothing so something will not happen from the wolf in sheeps clothing.

I wouldn't trust a church goer any more than any other person I met on the street. I don't believe simply being in a church makes a person morally superior.

I would trust them as much as I trust a stranger on the street... about as far as I could throw them.
I am sceptical of everyone even "trust worthy" christians.

i've found that the craziest people are often devout christians. i'm not saying that out of prejudice, but out of experience. i would more easily trust a total stranger i met at a porno theatre than at a church.

You should aways learn more about a person you have just meant before you fully trust them. In time they will let you know if they can be trusted.
