I have no clue, I just assumed they were being nice.. Never the other way. They'll let you know. You'll notice if they are flirting.

Flirt is something that u cant help it.
But do one thing keep ignoring him once he will feelneglected he will stop flirting u
or u can even try insulting him if u want

Eye contact is a good indicator. If he has constant eye contact, he is probably not flirting. Usually flirting involves looking away, and then looking back.

You'll just know by the way he acts every time you are around if he is being nice he won't really say much or notice you that much.

well i feel tht when a guy wants to flirt he will try his best to touch u and when he wants to be nice he will be polite like a gentleman

In person I can tell Im not there so its more difficult. If hes asking you out, it could be if theres alot of eye contact or a sparkle.

eye contact body move ments and chat....
eye contact if he looks in 2 ur eyes when ur talking good sign...if he turns his legs 2wards u and smiles or playfully touches u ...good sign..
if he ask u about u more than he talks abt him self fab.... if he txts u everyday .....
and makes the effort 2 say hi when he is with his mates ur on 2 a winner.

very difficult and it depends on you. if the guy likes all of your qualities though he might start with an intention to flirt your charisma can make him love you. and viceversa

i don't know if you can.sometimes we(guys)flirt without realizing we're doing it.not even meaning to at times.i personally think girls do it too.if you're interested in the guy,just let him know.things should progress from there
