How can I record a radio show and save it onto my copmuter and then burn it onto a disc?

You can use one month trial version of adobe audition on your computer to record any input. But you should be able to connect a cable into your computer's audio input on the sound card, from the output of the radio.
I know tape recorders have connection points for audio output, but don't know about radio receivers.

just answered this about how to record vinyl.....

get lp recorder (on a magazine cover disk) then plug your radio into your soundcard and record the programe to a .wave file that can be burnt to a cd.

their is a great programme called replay music,
if you do a web serch you should be able to find it,
also you can record via a microphone as well
this is how i managed to get the introduction on my web page,
