the only way for that to be true is from the fact that eggs are a real good source of protein and you need allot of protein during the day. If you eat protein you might not get too hungry during the day.

not sure about the direct correlation of EGGS and your appetite during the day. but i do know that if you have BREAKFAST..even a piece of toast, you do feel and perform better, mentally throughout the day and won't feel hungry mid-morning.

Yes, I have heard that. I believe it has something to do with the protein and fat, as opposed to the carbs in cereal, bagels, etc.

well, yeh, but that's because it's Low GI. Rice? no no no...rice fills you up well and quickly, but it doesn't last as long.
