I wish I knew.. then maybe I'd know why I was!! In my case it's because I don't really want to do the other things I should be doing today.. but I don't know why I'm on yahoo, rather than watching tv, or playing games, or going out somewhere..

Because the other tasks you have to do you have no motivations to do. Say like cooking, cleaning ironing or going to the supermarket or doing so kind of studying for a course or work. You are easily distracted.
