(*laughter*) Ahhh...the age old question....
Because the women in their life let them get away with being wankers. To the second question...Generally, yes...all of them, no.
Let's be honest, if women stopped putting up with the behaviors, (I mean ALL women), then men would change the behavior. We have a tendency to fall in "love" and accept things that really, in the long run, are never going to be acceptable.
TODAY, you think it's cute that he's boyish....10 years from now, you're going to want to hang him up by his.....well, thumbs. TODAY you find it wonderful that he soooo wants you, then you start to realize that he's thinking below his belt...ALL the time, and it's just not so darned adorable any more.
There are women out there just as bad.
It seems like nice women find the AWFUL men, and nice men seem to find the AWFUL women. Wouldn't it be great if nice women ended up with nice men, and the AWFUL people could just torture each other.....
You need to look at the type of men you're attracted to. It could be that you're attracted to something about the wankers, and you need to realize what it is...and try another personality type.

In the literal sense, because it's there and they can't resist playing with it. Figuratively speaking, that question cannot be realistically answered as it's very generalised. True, some men are wankers- mainly because their girlfriends/wives allow them to behave in such a fashion- but the majority are hard working, sweet and loving. If you find any that fall into the latter category, let me know.

So after reading some answers, I guess there must be some decent men out there that don't just think with their dicks and no I don't think we just think with our virginias. Why do men think with their dicks, because these are the men that are allowing themselves to be dicks! These are the men that treat us like **** and take us for granted and don't care if they hurt us. They are self centered and they don't care.

Some times it seems that way, but I don't think so. I think it just means that you have been hanging with the wrong guys. There are many men who are sweet, sensitive, intelligent human beings who are capable of enriching your life beyond words. Keep looking for them. They are out there.

So then... you are sitting opposite a cute guy at a date and you say to him something like this: "It seems to me I just keep meeting wankers who think with their dicks."
The man replies: "Well, I don’t find you sexually attractive, so you dont need to worry about that with me."

Yes, mostly they do. I have learned this in my life. Very few are evolved like us females and they only do whats of benefit to them. The only man I have ever known who was GOOD, was my dad. The mold was broken when they made him.
