i had a stroke 3 days ago seems like im recovering slowly by regaining my normal functions but one .... my speach is garbeled and not realy making any since,,,has any one else had a stroke and lost functions....

I haven't had a stroke, but I know a lot who have. 3 days is a very short time for comparisons. Keep at your treatments and when you are ready for therapy, get right at it and persevere.

It takes time to regain your functions. Your brain was affected by plague or a hemorrhage. You will need physical therapy and speech therapy for awhile before you regain functions. Keep in mind you are a lucky one many people do not regain function because the brain was permanently damaged. Since you can type you can probably right instead of speaking. Feel lucky and keep trying at least you communicate. Good luck

YES most people do have these types of symptoms. Gets better slowly with time.
