The easiest way to say that you love him is to borrow his book. And write I LOVE YOU on the back page of it with your no. or name. Rather make some sign and if he asks you whether you have made that sign, just pretend that you don't know anything about it.
Let him know that you are not so easy to get. And after some days tell him that it was you.
Remember: Things which we get easily in life are less cared than things which are hard-earned.

aw, i feel for you, as you want good stuff to happen and it sounds like you deserve it.
here's something you can (probably) do. find out where the boy and his friends hang out. then get your girl friends to go hang out at the same place. the boys will definitely notice you and your friends. then make yourself available for talking by going away from your friends and being by yourself some times. if your boy has any interest in you, he'll come talk to you. if not, well, he doesn't have interest, but maybe one of his friends does and maybe you have interest in the friend also.
this always works, but works best when one of your girl friends likes one of your boy's friends.
so go do it! flirt and date as much as you can (or want). but don't get into anything serious or committed, and for heaven's sakes, don't get pregnant. oops, sorry for preaching, but you can't even imagine the horrors that come with teen (or pre-teen) pregnancy.
darn, i just blew my teen cred. stick with my first couple paras, and you'll do fine. and enjoy being young; everyone else in the world wishes they were in your place (oops, more preaching; time to stop).

just tell him one day that you need to talk to him alone when you have the nerve to. but dont wait to long . if you really like him and you cant tell him out loud write it in a letter and have some one give it to him for you . hope this helps

ask him if u can talk to him privately some how like calling him or pulling him to the side from his friends and ask him if he likes u and if u want ask him out.u can write a note or an e-mail.
