I know you must be feeling very frustrated as I had the same problem. You will have to talk to him to find out whats going on. He may be feeling a little bored with the lovemaking you both do and maybe you can talk about ways to spice it up again. If you have been together a long time it's normal for the sex to not be as frequent as it was when you were first together. The bottom line is you need to talk to him and tell him how you feel.

Maybe he has an underlying problem, you need to talk about it with him. Lots of foreplay should help, if it doesn't i think something is wrong, counselling may help.
