I would wait until she's not at home and report it to the police, so they could catch her in the act. Anyone can lie to Children and Family Services. If you are sure the child is alone, call the cops and they will contact CFS.

I know from experience that this child will suffer a lot if she stays in that situation. I personally would go and ask the girl if she has any family around like grandparents, aunts, uncles etc. I would pray that she says yes and then take her to them and explain the problem and hope they take her. DHS is so corrupt that I would try my best not to call them. They usually make things worse. I would cry for the little girl if she stays with her mom, but I would also cry for her if she got out of it because of her not being around her mom that she loves.

Yes!
That poor child needs a better home then with someone who would rather go and steal drugs then watch their own kid.

But do it anonymously. You don't want her to try to hurt you. She might try to hurt you if she knew you reported her and that she could get her kid taken away.

But that child doesn't need that kind of environment.

Please call CPS for me. I'm not the type to medle in other people's business but I think the kid would be better off without parents than with a parent that has an addiction to absolute **** andI destruction. That parent isn't even caring for the kid. I really think a stranger would do a better job at caring, and thats what kids need - someone to actually be there to care for them.

If the 4 yr old isn't a horse, sure! If it's a 4 year old child, then it's wrong of you to need this validation! Shame on your procrastination!

Yes, this I would report definitely. The child is at risk and the mother is not responsible and endangering the child. Not good.......

Danial do you see that eye you got on your avatar? I think you using it little too much! Stop being nosy. She probably needs a job but have nobody to watch her baby. Why don't you go offer her to babysit her baby since you are soooo concern.

I will meet the girl herself and let her know that their deed is wrong. She should be the one to report herself and if she refuses and it repeat itself I will then report.
