I would destroy it. It would be the most devastating weapon ever.
Consider that now, nothing stops gravity. It goes right through the earth, through the sun, even through a black hole. It goes through them as if they did not even exist. Antigravity would have to do the same thing.
With an anti-gravity device, if you turned it on, the least destructive thing that would happen is that all of our air would leak out into space.
Assuming the government had some sort of control over it, as a weapon, entire cities could be destroyed by sending them into space.

I'd probably share it to everyone. I really wanna help others with it. Even save a cat from a tree and save a man from a fire in the roof. I want to help others so that they may feel what's like to be helped. Because not much people help me in times of trouble so, I don't want them to experience what I experience.

It will replace all helicopters except don't want it to be used for military purpose.
