I'm not so sure if I understand your question. Are you looking for a speech already written on the subject of "Education in India?!" I have enclosed a few agreeable websites on speech writing. Just choose three subjects, or write about the following:
1 Lack of Discipline (today's students are distracted with telephones and gadgets...and are watching too much western movies -- talking back to their parents),
2. Pressure to Perform (explain why a lot of students are not original thinkers, because they just memorize the information rote and don't take the time to actually think about the why and how that it is put together), and
3. Cultivation of Creativity (that intelligent minds require creativity and development from an early age. This is not promoted in the most schools...and run with it!)
