Hi. I am in Singapore, i am a secondary 2 student. I am studying for my history Common Test (Common Test is just like a normal exam paper). Do you have any good websites to ask Questions on Singapore history Chapter 9, 10, 11 or any good tips how to score for my History? Because i always flunk...

Hi, I'm a Singaporean Secondary 3 student. I believe the title of your history textbook is "Understanding the Past". Go and get a guide book to help you score your history paper.
What you need to score for history paper is the skills on Source-based Questions. Most of the time, you will be asked to infer the sources.
For inference questions, you should not describe. You are not gaining the highest level of marks. After you wrote your answer, check to see if you have said the same thing as the source. If that happens, you are not infering.
To score for structured essays questions, you have to memorise the facts. Sorry! History is all about memorising. One way to score is to compound whatever notes the teacher gave you. Make your own notes simple and easy to memorise. In this way, your brain is forced to make connections on the facts. Writing while thinking is a good way to learn, that's why we always take down the notes the teacher gave us.
Did your school purchase any e-learning websites? You can go there and learn.
