There's not a lot that you can't do while you're pregnant. It's perfectly safe to walk up stairs or down stairs, just be careful because when you get into the late months of pregnancy you can lose your balance. Take your prenatal vitamins, if they make you sick then eat some saltine crackers before you take them. Don't smoke, drink or do drugs. Cut out your caffeine. Don't take any medicine without first consulting your doctor to make sure it's safe for the baby. Tylenol is okay, but most of the other stuff isn't. Drink a lot of milk, this will also help with heartburn if you have it a lot. Most of all, enjoy this time and get plenty of rest. Good luck on your new baby.

I dont really understand that question, but i think you're asking how can you avoid a miscarriage?
You can do anything during your pregnancy, especially the first 3 months, that you did before you were pregnant... as far as physical activity goes.
After three months your hormones and stretching muscles make it dangerous to your body to life anything over 25-30 pounds repeatedly. You also want to avoid impat sports, such as running, jump roping, atving and horse back riding. Although some healthy women continue these activities clear through their pregnancy.
If you are a high risk pregnancy your doctor will tell you what you should and shouldnt do. High risk means that you have a history of repeated miscarriage, you are in poor health, or the baby is in poor health. During the last trimester multipul fetus' are considered high risk just as a safety precaution.
You can do anything you normaly do, including have sex.
You do want to avoid over heating, toxins such as pain killers and alcohol, and sea food during your entire pregnancy.
Tylenol is safe, but only 600 ml every 4-6 hours.

Live normally. Don't lift anything that would strain or hurt you. Take your vitamins. Otherwise, its same as always. If something hurts, ask your doctor. The baby is protected inside you, so short of a fall down the stairs, being abused, or being in an accident, you should be safe and so should your child.
