thats what you can do, I can make all these things out of an elastic band.

do you have only one? too bad, cuz you could try making a rubber band chain that would work like a really bad bungy cord so that if you ever wanted to escape from the12th story window of a building you shouldn't be in, you could use it as a rope and jump out feeling safe that you body is in the hands of a string of rubber bands. Just in case, you know?

I like launching paperclips. Mostly at other people.
Or you could tie it around a goat's testicles. In a few days, after there has been no blood circulation, the testicles just fall off. Hilarious, isn't it? Well... no... but plenty of farmers do that. Just sad.
