Who R U then ?? How will you know about the origin of each and everything, including yourself without knowing the HISTORY of it?? Its very very important and not just a boring subject from the school syllabus, as assumed by many.

yes because by studying we know about country more. modern people is like cobweb they busy in thierlife ver much so by the subject of historyin schools students learn about ancient indians andfreedom fighters

ya history subject is very important as in today's world every body is leaving their past behind but it should not be done . we should have knowledge abt our past
otherwise tell me how can u make a tree heathy and strong if its roots are weak?

ya i feel it should be a mandatory subject cuz u get to score full marks in it & also get to know more about the people who contributed to the emergence of this present world.

we have history lessons where i go 2 school. yeah its helpfull coz u know about the country and the world u live in.
