Just relax and stop trying. We tried for 4 years and finally just gave up. The minute we did and bought a new house..Boom, I was pregnant. And then again...about a year and a half after that.

My suggestion is that after having sex and BOTH of you are satisfied (you) lay in bed and raised your legs and stay that way for a while (not too long). I never used birth control, I didn't have to this was the only way I could get pregnant. I have four kids now. Sometimes the woman's womb tilts to one side and this doesn't allow you to get pregnant. Try it my way, see if it works for you. My kids are all 5 and 6 years apart. Please let me know if it work so that I can send a congrats Mother To Be card. Good luck to both.

It could be that you guys are fertile, but not with each other. I have a good friend who miscarried consistently with every pregnancy she had. After YEARS of testing, fertility drugs, etc., they finally found that she and her husband's semen weren't compatible. There was something about it that her body treated like a parasite or virus, and her body would spontaneously abort the baby. I don't know how common this is, but after IVF, they finally had a child when she was 42. BIG brown eyes, black hair...gorgeous little boy (and smart as a whip!) Good luck to you and your hubby.

Don't stress over it. Remember women don't even enter their peak reproductive period until after age 24, but recent studies have found that women who don't enter it until their 30s have much longer life spans, 90+ years. Stay healthy and you will have a very long life span and can have children well into you 50s. Yes, at you age that seems like a long time away, but having reach 50, I have realize how different my views of the world has changed.

When I was trying to get pregnant with my daughter, my doctor told me to have my husband take a teaspoon of Robitussin DM every morning, for him to wear boxers instead of briefs. Have sex during your ovulation time, and if need be, then get an ovulation kit. The most important thing is to not stress about it It will happen if it's meant to. Good luck to you both.

Go see a specialist. It isn't normal that after two years of trying, pregnancy hasn't happened yet. The same has happened to me, and we found out that I had thyroid deficiency...now that is corrected, we are well on our way. Also--you may find that your ovulation time has changed. You may want to take your temp. in the mornings to start tracking ovulation...and then make like bunnies! Good luck!!
