Every so often, I get a nauseated feeling in my stomach for no real reason. It lasts for no more than a minute. Then I'll sneeze, and the nausea instantly goes away. I feel much better. Is there anyone who can explain this phenomenon?

Im a regular drinker about 5 a day, And also Im quite active -Hiking up and down hills. I contribute this situation of nasuea then sneezing do to my drinking. The sneezing part is just my body trying to rid of it or something, maybe a heart problem, like your basic congestive heart failure, But I don't know, all I know is that I take on huge 3 hour hikes and at the start im having a hard time do to nasuea and sneezing. And then Im good the rest of the day.

When I was pregnant, I was nauseous ALL OF THE TIME, even though I never would throw up, I just felt nauseous. I found that anything sugary and carbonated would help stop my gagging. I have heard that saltines work too, but they didn't for me. I used Animal Cookies. Good luck and I hope you feel better.
