yes, you could visit (link below)

or if you can't find one, it's very easy to make one yourself, here's how:

-Take a thick peice of paper.
-draw a straight line as long as the diameter of your final protractor.
-then measure the middlepoint of the line & mark
-get a compass and mark the semi circle to meet the edges of your straight line.

(if you don't have a compass (v-shaped instument that holds the pencil), use a nail/pin/thumbtac/needle/sharp pencil to tick into the middle point have a piece of string as long as the half the line (This Will Be The Radius Of The semicircle) attach one end of the string securely to the nail/pin/thumbtac/needle/sharp pencil and the other end securely to another sharp pencil or pen.
stretch the string tight and draw your semi-circle from one side of the line to the other.)
--Do this again but make this semi circle in inch lower or 1/2 inch lower than the bigh one so you are left with two parallell semi circles (You will need this because when your marking small increments later you'll need to only mark the lines in this section or the starting point of the middle where you drew the T will get too thick with lines and you wint be able to clearly draw there anymore.

-Now take a right angle ruler/square/ graphical t-square and draw a line out 90 degrees from the midle point of your first big line.(Stopping when you hit the semi circle)
--(no special ruler - then just use a sheet of A4 paper and sharp pencil and line up the one edge perfectly with your big line with the edge finishing on the middle point of your line and gently draw the line upwards usng the edge of the piece of paper to guige the pencil. Then use your ruler to make it heavier after)

-now you should have a perfect upside town capital T.

-Take your ruler and measure the exact middle point between the tip of your shorter right angle line and one of the two end points of your big line. Mark it and draw from the corner of where the two lines meet continuing out throught your past your outter semi-circle.

-You will now have a 45 degree line.
-now repeat this process on the other side and then you have 4, 45 degree chunks of your protractor.
-You can continue this process down to the point where you have 180 seperate degree (Mark The Lines all the way down only until you get to the 3rd or 4th division of the chunks then mark the remaining devisions of the smaller chunks in only in between the two semicircles -
then you can mark the apprpriate increments on the outside of the semicircle,

There You Have It.

TIP: THE BIGGER YOU MAKE THE OUTTER SEMI CIRCLE(EG THE SIZE OF AN A3 PIECE OF PAPER.), THE FINER YOU CAN MAKE THE INCREMENTS (IF YOU MAKE IT VERY VERY VERY BIG, YOU CAN GET DOWN TO HUNDREDS AND EVEN THOUSANDTH'S OF A DEGREE !!!)
