I believe that, yes, eventually they will. It won't be in our lifetime, most likely not in our childrens' and probably not even in their childrens' lifetime. But it will happen eventually. Humans keep spreading in their virus-like way, so it's pretty inevitable. All that's keeping us from swarming other worlds is the current lack of sufficient technology.
