Click on 'I forgot my password' where you'll be asked a series of questions based on the data you entered during the registration process. That will include your secret question. Answer all correctly and a password will be given to you to access the email address. You must change your password to something you can remember after that.

login with another account and get Elcomsoft password Recovery and try to recover your windows logon password.
