I know I am a guy but unlike the first expert I will take a stab at answering your question intelligently. I will assume you are are talking about your period. When you have a cramp your muscles tense and draw up and your muscular structure in that area of your body is connected to your lower back muscles.Hence the pain. I hope this helps you?

Well, its a cramp isn't it? Your having a low back ache because your having CRAMPS.
