According to CNET, the latest Firefox browser is so far the best.
Opera is 2nd best. Internet explorer is not that good, even though it has lots of users.
For the moment, I am using Firefox and it's really good, simple, and faster than IE. But I heard Microsoft is making IE7 with the best usability, tons of new themes and features, super security and faster speed. So it is possible when the final version of IE7 comes out, it will beat Firefox and all others.

I use firefox more often than IE and I rarely use Opera.
I have found firefox to do most things that I need done from a browser. On the rare occassions that I came across PC without one, I used IE. Opera is a far more fussy browser for my taste. It refuses to load pages if they are not done properly... IE is too insecure for me.. Firefox is the golden mean here.. and if you are looking for choices, I would suggest the same as well

Opera is the fastest, most secure and most complete out of the box browser. I use it at home, work and on my phone.
The mouse gestures, notes and the session cache are my favourite bits, which I now couldn't do without. Its fully customisable as in you can move buttons and toolbars anywhere you like. Opera doesn't have any known security holes, which makes it unique to all the other browsers.

Firefox because it is open sorce and has a lot of plugins. It is much faster, stabile then IE.
Opera is good, but firefox is better.
