Jordanna eyeliner never runs in the heat(well for me it doesn't) it cost about 2 or 3 dollars you can buy it at Walgreen's or a beauty salon

If you wear a pencil Mac is great otherwise use a liquid eyeliner. It only has to be water proof if your eyes tend to water or you have allergies.

Use waterproof kind. The best one is MAC's. It is an awesome product for very sensitive eyes too.

wear water-proof eyeliner. make sure you have no oil on your face (a lot of makeup removers are oil-based) so make sure that you take it all completely off.
