I would go to the ER for the simple fact that the idiot adjuster can't tell you if you need medical attention or not - if you're not the one who caused the accident, then by every right you should go to the ER regardless. Your health is by far more important than them saving a little bit of money, and if they have something to say about that, get a personal injury lawyer and fight it in court. If you don't, your medical insurance won't cover it because of the fact that the injuries were sustained in a car accident.

What did they do when you first went to the hospital? Did they CT your neck/head region? That should have been standard protocol unless you reported no pain or injury at the time. The pain you are currently having could be (basically) the result of your traumatic experience setting in. On the other hand, you could have injuries that were not caught the first time, especially if they did not scan you. Don't worry about the adjuster. By what little you have said here you have a valid reason to return to the ER.

Why should you worried about how the insurance adjuster feels? It's not HIS neck. Go ahead and get checked out. Better safe than sorry.

You're nuts. Why would you risk your health and possibly your life because the Insurance Adjuster (?) might get upset?
Go to the hospital!

Perhaps you should, it's a physiological need therefore it's basic. Don't worry about him, worry about yourself. If you're in pain there's no excuse why you shouldn't ask for help there might be things going on internally why it's causing pain, tht's why u should seek for medical assistance ... It's the best you can do for yourself right now. Go! goodluck!

GO..and get yourself a lawyer if it wasn't you fault ! the insurance adjuster is only going to give you a portion of what you deserve anyway. Don't trust them.
