Don't go through this alone. Contact a local GLBT center and see if they have support/discussion groups. There are safe ways to explore your feminine side. Then you can decide how far you might want to go with becoming a girl. Some guys choose to occasionally dress like women. Some live as a woman without having any surgery. Some choose to have surgery. Take your time and explore where on the spectrum you'll feel most comfortable.

Well, you should look at a few things first. No1 Do you want to be totally female or just explore your feminine side be dressing as a female. This is the path i choose. As a young man, i thought i might be gay but turned out i just like wearing womens cloths better then mens. They are alot more comfortable. No2 If you tkink you want to go all the way then you need to seak some counciling first to work through this and make sure thats what you want. Once you have surgery then it,s alot harder to reverse. Most doctors will have you dress as a women( and live that way,)for at least one year to see if you want to take that path. No matter wish way, do what makes you happy. i decided to go the first way but thats just me. take your time and i hope you find your right path GOOD LUCK

Honestly guy, depending on how old you are, I think it would be in your best interest in figure out why you reject your identity as a man before you chop your pecker off. Really try to get some helpful counseling to know yourself better. Then if you still feel like it, you can choose reasignment surgery with no regrets, and more power to you.

This really depends on why you want to be a girl. But seriously, if you really do want to become a girl, you do not need a physical change, because we all know that it's not the physical appearance that determines the gender. Gender is just a physical label.
If you want femininity, then work on your personality.
