Not so many: 4 types or 29 human blood group systems.

I think there're only 4 blood types: A, B, AB, and O:
AB is a universal reciever
O is a universal donor

there are many different systems to compare blood , but the most commone is the ABO system
there are 6 types according to this system :
AA, AO,BB,BO,
AB :(UNIVERSAL ACCEOTOR),
OO:(UNIVERSAL DONRE)
but for the other question no one can say that a certai race have a commone type there is no evidence to make sure
