Hope the spot can not be removed as it is already tried by the drycleaners. But you could try it for a last time with a spray bottle filled with carbon tetrachloride, if you don't have spray bottle then u could apply it directly by putting some said chemical in a suitable pot and then to dip the portion of your cloth into the pot, try it for three to four times.

Since you have already given it to the dry cleaners none of the remedies suggested will work. Most of the tips offered are good for fresh stains. Think of alternative ideas such as hiding it by putting an appropriate patch etc.

Hi,
1. try to scrub the area with solid soap that used by artist to clean brushes. just ask about in a store for artist's.
as well there are solid soaps for taking off flecks.

2. take dishes soap+vinegar, soak, then scrub the area.

3. you can put in the washing machine dishes liquid soap+vinegar, it wont harm.
Hope i helped you,

It probably won't come out. Oil paint is pretty permanent.
Paint thinner would dissolve it, but it'll only make the stain bigger.
