"They" have found proof that alcohol is hereditary... but how do you knw that you got the gene unless you first have too many drinks? So, he is just as much responsible as "dna" is.....My mom can sing and so can my younger sister... my older sister and I cannot sing... just because your mom has a gene doesnt mean you get it.
sounds like a cop out to me.

yes quite possibly so. some kids born of an alcoholic mother are feed intravenously on the first few days of life to stay alive. Because the mother who was feeding him all the while in the womb, was for the better part drunk on alcohol, so too will the baby be affected.

drinking is hereditary. I have a long line of Alcoholism in my family and I was told to watch my self because I could easily slip in to that drinking rut. Half of what your neighbor said is true.

my half brother's father is a drunk, and my brother is one to, so, that might tell ya something, but, my brother is geting help, it is out there........... get your neighbor some help...
