what to do? ive always put them back by color if i organize them, but im wondering should i do it this way? or should i alphabatize them by different shades of one color?

i am actually not neat.....i just have to organize my crayons thats it

I have always done this by color ..since I was a young child. It is easier ..and prettier that way I think ...though I've never tried it by name before ....I will stick to color though....darkest to lightest shades preferably.

neat freak. It doesn't really matter. But if you want it neat, do it by rainbow. It looks pretty and neat. I just put my crayons in a box and just leave them there til i start coloring again.

depending on the layout of the box. i would arrange them in a manner that has the most often used colors in the easiest accessible spot. barring that put them by color

I group them by shades within each group of colors. Bold to lighter.

Well, ok. If it was me I would worry more that they were all there than how to organize them. If they are all accounted for, then they are organized. After all, how can you organize them if any are missing?
