Signature can be included from mail client or web mail server. The following are the step you need for two of the systems. The steps may differ if you are using a different product/service.

OutLook 2003

- Open Outlook 2003
- Click Tools -> Options
- Click “Mail Formats” tab
- Click “Signatures” below

Yahoo Mail

- Log in to Yahoo mail
- Click “Options” link in the top-right corner
- Click on “Signature” link under the “Management” category
- Type the signature and save it

putting a signature doesn't mean that an actual sign is put on it.It means that for every outgoing mail you can add some predefined words say ,your address or some famous quotes .For this go to accounts in your email and enable the option for signature.and add the words as you like.
