You won't find any for that kind of price. The best I can recommend it a Palm Tungsten C, which was released in 2003 and discontinued in 2005. It is a great PDA, which includes a built-in keyboard, gorgeous screen, voice recorder (with a headset), built-in WiFi for Web surfing and e-mail, and powerful applications. It's a great, business quality PDA. Well recommended.
You can find some used ones on eBay, at a range of $160 - $220. Make sure the unit you buy is scratch free! Here is one unit I found on eBay that may fit what you need:

lovable! : ] in case you wrote it, you extremely ought to positioned your call on the bottom (or a attractiveness stamp of a few form, no matter if you do not favor to apply your actual call the following)... yet be prepared for human beings to repost devoid of offering you with credit. : P human beings scouse borrow stuff (or do not problem to keep the author's call connected) allll the time even as they see it on-line. they imagine that's like, loose reign or inspite of. in case you probably did not write it, you want to credit the author (or no less than positioned 'author unknown' once you're uncertain who did). that's a lovable poem, although. i'm making a large gamble there are quite some computing device geeks/internet addicts who'll be extremely comfortable even as they study it! lol :D
