You could use lemon juice..buy one of those bottles of lemon juice and pour it all into a big bowl. Then, lay down and place your hair into the bowl and stay for about 30 minutes to an hour. Au naturale..

Take a olive oil and put it into your hair. Not the whole olive oil box but take every time a lil bit into your hand and then massage it in your hairs. Massage it very long and good. Do this many times when in all your hair the oil is spread. Then take a brush and keep brushing your hair for 10 minutes or so. It opens all pores. Then after 2 hours wash your hair. With shampoo of course. Do this once a week. It makes your hair feel better and lighter. I tried it and it helps. And if you don't want to do this then sit in the sun for some time. It brings very beautiful color ;-)

You can safely lighten your hair color by using rhubarb juice. Put approximately 1/4 cup into a spray bottle, apply it evenly to your hair, and spend 15 to 20 minutes in the sunlight. It enhances and speeds the effect of natural sun-bleaching.

To get beautiful highlights for blonde to medium brown hair, make a strong cup of chamomile tea. Let it cool, then pour into a clean spray bottle. Spray on hair and then spend some time in the sun.

I don't know about natural, but I really like Brilliant Brunette by John Frida. It lightens my hair and they have a gloss that helps lighten it too.

Ever heard of Sun In? But I think that only works on natural blondes who want to be blonder. I'm not sure. I'd go with lemon juice drops in your hair.
