After English, the next mostly used language would be Spanish. If you're not feeling Spanish, you could try French, Chinese (mandarin), Japanese, or maybe Hindi/Urdu. One more thing in response to nabilyazid07, the official language in all South American countries is not Spanish, because i come from Guyana in SA and our official language is English and I believe for Brazil, it is Portuguese.

This depends. What is the largest immigrant group in your country and what language do they speak? Whatever language it is this is the best language to learn because this will make your language skills in the greatest demand. A minority group which speaks a minority language will not obviously want your services so much.

Depending on what sort of business you're talking about, I would say Spanish--unless you think you could handle Chinese. I couldn't, I have to say. Personally I speak English, Spanish and French and it's enough for most situations.
