has anyone seen a cell phone that you can twist in the middle I saw it in a letoya luckett music video.?

the cell phone can turn in the middle of the screen and the key pad. I need to know what brand it is I cannot find it anywhere. its not a flip style phone nor a sidekick.

my friend has one its call a strobe i saw it on a altel comershal. click the link at the bottem and its the 9th fone down. hope i helped
