Despite posting information on "Fair Use" teachers at Sogang university in Korea continue to copy entire books for their students to avoid having to buy books. To whom can one report this abuse?

The best way is to contact the publisher and the author of the books in question. Unless they know there is a problem, authors can't correct the problem, or notify the violator in question to cease and desist. Thank you for helping authors who don't get paid for books that are photocopied.

In general, to photocopy a book is to steal money from both the publishing house and the author. Writers get only a fraction of the cover price of a book. If someone offers you a copy with no cover, or uploads the book onto the net or photocopies the book they are not helping the author. In the current marketplace, if the author doesn't sell enough copies of a book there will be no more books by that author.

If you can't afford the book, then go to the library and borrow it there. Thanks.

The best way is to go to the publisher of the original, and let their legal dept handle it.
