In a word, yes. These are good points that u've made. War was never declared, supplying weapons is conspiracy to commit and the Guantanamo inmates are prsioners of war and should be treated as such.
However, they say that evil is created from the best of intentions. I think it is more likely that both had the best of intentions but acted upon them in the wrong manner. Also, they did not make these decisions on a whim, advisors assisted in these matters.
That said, intel on Iraq should have been better. Countless lives were risked and lost looking for WMD's that didn't exist. Morals and ethics should have influenced the leaders of the free world in respects of supplying weapons and treatment of prisoners. Ultimately, these two men made the big decisions and so should be accountable. However, it is easy to judge when u are not shown the whole picture. I personally dislike both men and feel they are destroying the world but I understand that hard decisions need to be made by them, ones that I might not be able to make.

As much as I dislike Bush, I don't consider him a war criminal. We should not have been in Iraq. I have no arguments about that. Afghanistan yes, and if Saddam had been supplying the Taliban then again yes, we should have gone in, but daddy Bush told Saddam he would get him for sitting his oil wells on fire and he did. Not a good reason to invade just because that's what daddy wants. Dub doesn't run this country and never has. Daddy and the Texas Oil Cartel are in charge and Cheney is the one pulling the strings attached to Dub.

I think the answer to your question is yes, the invasion of Iraq was illegal according to international law. Bush and Blair are directly responsible for the death and injury of countless thousands of people in the Middle East and beyond. If there was any justice in the world they should be tried for crimes against humanity, but I doubt this will happen. At this time there is a great global chess game taking place as a prelude to World War 3, the instigators of this insanity are undoubtedly Bush, Blair and various assorted allies including the Israeli Government. The attack on Lebanon was orchestrated by the US government in advance of an intended attack on Iran. The purpose was supposed to be to neutralise Hizbollah to protect Israel from reprisals arising out of the planned attack on Iran, this strategy has failed and the unlawful war on Lebanon has only served to strengthen Hizbollah. It has also caused a political crisis in Israel itself which certainly was not the expected outcome. Much is happening in the world that is not being reported in the mainline media, for an unbiased account of these preparations for global conflict that are being made by both sides readers are advised to visit http://www.globalresearch.ca the site of a Canadian based research organisation. The world is currently being imperilled by various religious fundamentalists Islamic, Zionist and Christian, they are all a reaction to the crisis in global capitalism. If Bush and Blair were ever to be indicted for their crimes against humanity their legal representatives could reasonably argue a case for 'dimished responsibility'. It is therefore my view that Bush and Blair should not be imprisoned for their crimes but rather confined to a secure facility for the mentally ill. In the interests of global sanity we should inform ourselves of what is happening and not rely on the misinformation in the mass media. Following the link above is one way of circumventing the propaganda and getting closer to the truth of what Bush and Blair are really up to and their madcap ambitions for the 'new world order'. The information is out there if you take the trouble to look for it, good luck....we will all need it with these deranged lunatics at the controls of the western industrial military complex. A good place to start is a critical analysis of what actually happened on 9/11 for an alternative viewpoint see for example http://911courage.org so don't be a conspiracy theorist, be a conspiracy realist, after all information is power!

Friend!
War crimes are decided by some international bodies concerend with human rights. Let your claims go to some international bodies and they will issue summons to these two democratic dictators!!!!!! But it will not happen!!!

Exclusively for "diamondk" only!!!
First three requirements seem to be Ok.

But the fourth one ?
Would you like to give a clean chit to that US prison, that is supposed to be the "hell" on our earth?
Already the entire world has noticed several photographs about the happenings and the illtreatment to the inmates by the American sadists!!
While US judiciary is not having the jurisdiction to get them justice, why US forces are guarding the prison?

Thanks to Don Rumsfield and his effective enforcement of human rights......God will award him with a Champion of Human Rights!!

Far from it, they are the only heros in this crazy world. When Germany began attacking England in WWII, Winston Churchill was the only real hero in England, so many British were ready to tuck their tails in and surrender, but not Winnie, he stood fast and LED his people. The man had guts. It is basic guts that are lacking in the world community today. The war criminals are in the right place, prison. Do you condone the beheadings by Islamic "warriors" , is it not a brutal form of torture? Get real!

I don't know what happens in the USA, but Blair needs a majority in the government before he can proceed with any of his ideas.

1. No they are not criminals.
2. Israel is a democratic and sovereign country. The right to supply arms to Israel is legal.
3. The rules of "Land Warfare" and the "Geneva Convention" do not apply to terrorist groups or governments that support terrorist groups.
4. It is evident we are not torturing the detainees in Guantanamo hard enough....because we haven't really received any concrete intelligence from any of them.
