depends on what kind of stain and how big and if you've already washed and dried it (somehow it becomes harder to remove)... bleach is a good option... i have tried that oxy clean, my white polo got coffee stain, washed and dried a couple of times and still there... so i soaked it overnite with that oxy and brushed (old toothbrush) a bit before washing again... and i surprised and happy with the result. good luck tho.

put some whiteout on it lol just kidding use bleach i did that to my wrist band it came out white but the nike sign came out looking pink but it made it white lol looks nice tho

There is a product for removing dye transfers at WalMart in the Rit Dye section. I don't know if it works, but I KNOW nothing else does.
