That is the postcode for the Glasgow office of the UK national lottery, but not the correct address. Also, the UK national lottery requires entry and a fee, it does not give out money based on your email address.

I would contact the local police authority, Strathclyde Police, their web site is at http://www.strathclyde.police.uk/

DO NOT send any details about your bank account.

You should be able to contact them to see if this email is a scam, or not. Try going to their actual website, and forwarding the email to them. Ask them if this is a legit email. There are a lot of scammers out there that send similar emails.

I got one the other day from them, and to be able to collect the money you have to send them $500.00+ to receive these winnings. Please............if you have to pay anything to collect lotto winnings...I feel is fraud! If you decide to try to get it, good luck. Let me know if you get the money.

Well now that I posted this and the answer above mine said don't give out your bank acct. info........THEY DID ASK FOR MINE.........GET REAL!!!

It's a scam. If you didn't enter a lottery, you didn't win.
